You can try and ask Alexa pretty much anything. Try saying: "Alexa, turn on lights EVERYWHERE" or "Alexa, setup a thermostat for 23 degrees" or "Alexa, play Jazz". For volume control you can use buttons on top of the speaker or by saying "Alexa, volume FIVE" (from a scale of 1 to 10) or "Alexa, volume down" (or up).
You can ask Alexa the weather, news brief, recipes, setup timers and alarms. Just ask!
You can also manage lights and temperature using touch screen menu.

If there's a fire alarm in the building - the situation will be announced via speakers in the bedroom and at the entrance. Please follow announcement carefully and leave immediately if there's possible risk.
Use stairs located next to elevators. There's a safe rooftop passage to another stairs three floors below. Please, familiarize yourself with the possible way of leaving the building.

The easiest way to start it is to press "+30" (seconds) two or three or four times.

It's really simple to operate. Please note, that crystal glasses (champaign glasses) will not survive it. Please wash them by hand. The rest of the kitchen tools and equipment is safe to put to the dishwasher.

We have pressurized building for heat distribution and for fire prevention. It comes with the inconvenience of pressurized air coming into the flat. To avoid noise there's a simple trick with the door. Alter you look the door, please press handle to release it.

We separate garbage: compost, recyclables and anything else. The garbage chutes are located next to the elevator on a right side.
There's separate recycling chute and combined garbage/compost on. In order to use garbage or compost you have to select it.
If you want to donate clothes we have a bin in the refuse room on the ground floor (past the gym)

For TV please use small remote for FireTV. It will turn on the TV set and the TV box. From there please feel free to select SportzTV app for all available cable channels or Netflix or simply watch YouTube.
If you want to listen for a radio or a music, we have a few options:
1. Ask Alexa to play anything you want: "Alexa, play Chopin"
2. Pioneer Radio receiver and connected internet radio.
3. Bluetooth enabled Harman Kardon speaker (under the TV set).

There's a button to turn lights located on the kitchen wall on the level of dishwasher. There's 3 presets and the whole button which will turn off all the lights

In the winter, the air could be really dry. Please, use humidifier with tap water. Do not add scents or oils into that.

Printer is connected to the internet. To print something please lookup Brother printer in the list of available network printers. If you want to scan anything (if GeniusScan App is not enough) you need to download drivers for the model of printer

Sometimes you need to reboot router. Do it if you experience unusual low speed or something is not opening for a long time. To do so, please find Nethawk router located in the closet next to the entrance door. Press on/off button, wait for 30 seconds and press it once again. The internet should come back in a couple minutes.
